About Catalytic Combustion Corporation

Our Strengths

Catalytic Combustion Corporation was founded in 1950 by individuals who recognized the need for air pollution control and catalyst technology. They introduced cutting-edge catalyst technology with the development of the first ever US patented catalyst to destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

CCC Divisions

CCC has a diversified base with four major divisions: appliance, catalyst, environmental and industrial. The entire company is supported by a multi-disciplined engineering staff and a 24/7 oxidizer and air pollution control
service department.

Appliance Division

The Appliance Division provides wire mesh, ceramic, and metal foil substrate precious metal based catalysts to reduce smoke and odor from self cleaning ovens. With the input from the engineering departments of leading appliance manufacturers, we are able to design, manufacture, and supply vent tubes for their various models of ranges and ovens.

Catalyst Division

The Catalyst Division features a portfolio of precious metal based catalyst products that we develop, manufacture, and supply to the food service, stationary engine, wire enamel, remediation, and air pollution control industries. We also develop custom catalysts for special applications like fuel cells and nuclear power recombination of hydrogen gas. Toll coating, catalyst cleaning, and aftermarket catalyst maintenance are also services we offer.

Environmental Division

The Environmental Division designs, manufactures, shop tests, starts up, and services standard and custom thermal and catalytic oxidizer systems used for site remediation. These projects include soil vapor extraction, dual phase, and multi-phase extraction, groundwater pump, and treat and air stripper projects. Contaminants frequently include BTEX, MTBE, and TBA. Catalytic Combustion offers electric and fuel gas fired designs in a wide range of capacity.

Industrial Division

The Industrial Division designs, assembles, installs, starts up, and services major air pollution control systems such as regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) and Zeolite wheel rotary concentrators for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Engineering

The entire company efforts are supported by a multi-disciplined engineering staff that includes:

  • mechanical engineers
  • chemical engineers
  • industrial engineers
  • electrical engineers
  • AutoCAD
  • SolidWorks 3D parametric modeling

24/7 Service

Our service department is available 24/7 and uses current technology tools such as modems and telemetry packages for remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
