Yes, ISO 9001:2015

CCC fabricators do maintain numerous qualifications for a wide range of processes, materials, and joints types. Approved procedures comply with D1.1 for carbon steel and D1.6 for stainless steels. CCC does have an AWS Certified Weld Inspector on staff to execute your inspection needs.

CCC’s manufacturing facility was engineered with heavy fabrication capabilities in mind.  All welding bays have overhead bridge cranes capable of lifting up to 20 tons as a combined load with linked radio frequency remotes.  Flexible manufacturing bays allow for fabrication of large weldments to any length that can be shipped within the lower 48 states.

CCC often provides shipping to our customers.  Our vehicle fleet includes a 24’ enclosed cube van, heavy duty pickups, and an array of trailers.  CCC partners with several local trusted trucking companies capable of shipping over sized loads when necessary.

CCC does offer wet painting in house with our 20’ x 16’ x 66’ cross draft paint booth.  Our standard paint system is PPG’s Amerlok & Amershield combination primer & paint.  We can use an alternate customer specified paint system if desired.  CCC can offer blasting and powder coating services upon request.

Quotations can be compiled from napkin sketches depicting rough sizes, features, and materials.  Part models can be submitted in 2-D or 3-D formats.  Example parts or weldments can be brought in for review and pricing as well if a prototype is available.

CCC welds a wide range of materials including 300 series stainless steels, some 400 series stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, carbon steels ranging from A36 to AR500, and aluminum including 5052-H32 and 6061-T6.  Our in house certified weld inspector can create and qualify custom weld procedures as required for your project’s needs.

No, CCC can offer design assistance to help bring a project into production.   We have accepted orders based on napkin sketches in the past.  We employee of full team of mechanical designers and engineers who can assist in bringing concepts to fruition all in one stop.

CCC will assign a project manager to your order, or to yourself or your company if multiple orders are received.
