Interesting work in your field:

  • Ensure timely and efficient deployment of technicians to service calls.
  • Review and approve expense reports and timecards for Service Technicians.
  • Oversee customer orders and work orders as they relate to the service department
  • Manage parts and service inventory transactions both on and offsite.
  • Generate quotes and estimates for service work.
  • Coordinate site inspections and pre-planning for service trips to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer technical support and problem-solving assistance to technicians in the field.
  • Cross-train to assist other product lines during peak times
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Your skills should include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Three + years of service experience.
  • Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with and assist sales, engineering, and production staff.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with MS Office programs.
  • Ability to handle escalated service issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
