Rapid Prototyping

Catalytic Combustion Corporation provides prompt working prototypes for off-highway engine exhaust mufflers. Our engineering team provides a full CAD design for your application, we build it quickly utilizing universal fixtures, and provide “dyno” dynamometer testing as well as flow bench testing prior to delivery. Most prototype projects are completed within a 2-week or less timeframe.

Absolutely, with the use of our Romer Arm CMM, flow bench and other testing equipment we are fully capable of reverse engineering any samples you may have. Even if you only have simple hand drawings, our experienced designers can take it from conception to reality. We will work with you by sending prototypes for test fitments until a system fits and functions per your requirements.

Catalytic Combustion works with you to meet both the engine manufacturer’s & customer requirements through dyno, sound testing, direct engine manufacturer testing, that machine that reads exhaust emissions, and other testing as required for the project.
